If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may contact info@amysegaljewelry.com to start a return up to 14 days after receipt of jewelry.  Returns must be in an unused condition and in the original packaging. Amy Segal Jewelry is not responsible for any damages incurred while in your possession. Amy Segal Jewelry will forward you an insured return label via FEDEX.  Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued to your original form of purchase less shipping and credit card fees and any damage incurred to the item as determined by Amy Segal Jewelry in its sole discretion.
